DISABILITY BENEFITS

Lance provides both short-term and long-term disability at no cost to employees. An added benefit to long-term disability is supplemental LTD.  Supplemental LTD allows you to increase your LTD benefits to 65% of your annual base income.  The additional 15% of benefit is not taxable income.

SUPPLEMENTAL LIFE AND ACCIDENTAL DEATH & DISMEMBERMENT COVERAGE

Careful planning is vital to securing your family’s financial future.  The company provides basic life insurance equal to one and half times your annual pay.  You can purchase additional coverage at competitive group rates through Supplemental Life and Voluntary Accidental Death & Dismemberment benefits.
