Our corporate headquarters is located in Charlotte, North Carolina where we house Professional and Executive Leadership in the following departments: Sales & Marketing, Human Resources, Finance & Accounting, Supply Chain, Information Technology & Strategic Initiatives.

This location supports the centralized operations that, in turn, support our various manufacturing facilities and the sales and distribution of our snack food products throughout much of the United States and other parts of North America. Supply Chain

At Lance Inc., our supply chain drives a system of people, technology, activities, information and resources involved in moving a product from our manufacturing facilities to our customers. Our supply chain organization focuses on driving activities to transform natural resources, raw materials and components into a finished product that is delivered to the end customer. This area of our business focuses on logistics, manufacturing, procurement and distribution.

Sales

The Lance sales organization focuses on driving sales of our private label products. Our sales & marketing department values developing and maintaining solid customer partnerships, contributing as a team, and applying innovation to drive business results.
