Welcome to the Employee Resource Center.

We are excited to announce the launch of the 1Lance Employee Resource Center (ERC). The ERC is a dual-level approach to increasing our customer service and response time by providing a self service option for employees who have HR-related questions.

The primary level of the ERC is a team of employee resource center "advisors," staffed by Lance HR employees and based in the Ballantyne office which can be reached by a toll-free number. They will answer, direct and prioritize incoming HR-related employee inquiries. This is part of our Open Door policy and gives employees an avenue to speak with a live HR professional and be able to get their questions answered quickly. This solution will complement our local HR Management teams, but does not replace them as the primary HR point of contact.
