1Lance Spirit Award

The 1Lance Spirit Award was implemented as a response to our 2008 Employee Survey. While recognition at Lance already exists in many forms, the 1Lance Spirit Award recognizes employees across the entire organization for excellence in living the company's vision and values. It was specifically built to:

• Form a connection between geographically dispersed employees, all of whom are part of the 1Lance family.

• Increase the practice of public recognition.

• Strengthen relationships between employees, managers and coworkers.

• Train managers on recognition best-practices.

Lance Elite Program

Lance Elite has been an important element of our recognition process for over five years. The primary objective of the program is to recognize the top 1% of the sales force. Lance Elite recognizes the top performers across our sales organization including our Direct Store Delivery, Distributor, Customer Development and Lance Private Brands teams. This group represents Lance's "Best of the Best" and they are recognized for their support of our company values and outstanding achievements.
